  • 1st Function will Prompt for remaining hours for Released Jobs
  • Data will be enter by Estimator, Sales Order, Job and Operation
  • 2nd Function will update the Projected Hours

Enhanced Serial Number Controls and Tools (ENHSERIAL)

Purpose

  • Provide Better Controls when Using Serial Numbers
  • Provide Easier Methods for Entering Serial Numbers

Functions

  • Creates a Flag for the Item Master for Identifying Items that need to have Serial Numbers when Shipped.
  • When Entering a Serial Number for a Shipper, will let user be aware if this Serial
  • Number has already been entered on another Shipper.

Federal Express Connection (FEDCONNECT)

Purpose

  • Automatically send Federal Express information to be used in Shipping
  • Make it easier to send correct shipping data to Federal Express Shipping System
  • Sends the Information for any Shipper saved with a Ship Via that starts with “FED”

Functions

  • As the Shipper is saved or resaved, updates a Ship Link SQL Database
  • Ship Link SQL Database is stored on the same Server as Made2Manage
  • Fields send:
    • Shipper No., Customer PO, Sales Order No, Ship Method, Update Status
    • Ship to: Company, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Zip, Country
    • Name, Phone, Email Address, Tracking No, Weight, Number of Boxes
  • Federal Express Systems queries the Ship Link table and retrieves any new Shipments
  • Uses the Tools of VBA within Made2Manage to perform the above functions at the Work Station

Purpose

  • Automatically imports the entries for creating a journal entry from an excel spread sheet.
  • Provide an easy method for entering a long journal entry from a payroll cycle.
